MVP scope + UI foundation
- Idea → MVP scope → user flows (kill list included)
- Design system: typography, spacing, tokens, components
- Routing + core pages + empty/loading states
- Deploy v1
Ship: A deployed product shell that looks and feels premium.
Week 2
Data + auth + CRUD
- Data modeling: tables, relationships, constraints, indexes
- Auth: protected routes + permissions (as needed)
- CRUD end-to-end: create/edit/delete + validation
- Ship one complete workflow
Ship: A real, working product flow with accounts and data.
Week 3
Polish + reliability
- UX polish: forms, toasts, keyboard flows, edge cases
- Performance + accessibility basics
- Testing + observability (lightweight): smoke tests, logging
Ship: A product that feels expensive: fast, stable, delightful.
Week 4
Launch + growth loops
- Packaging: pricing, onboarding, activation checklist (optional)
- Launch assets: landing copy, screenshots, demo video, FAQ
- Demo day: walkthrough + roadmap
Ship: A launched MVP + demo video + a plan to get users.
